Jobs like homebuilding that require a human with hands to be able to perform the work will not be taken over by AI. According to experts, many of today's jobs will be taken over by AI. Lots of computer jobs, coding will be done better, faster, cheaper using AI. Not so if you have to use your hands. Robots will have to come a super long way before they can navigate a job site. 

There has never been a better time to be in a trade that builds homes or be a homebuilding general contractor like Whitestone Homes is. Sure, it is a " dirty job", but think of the satisfaction you get from completing your task and being able to stand back or even drive by years later to see what you have built.
