I know, all  real estate sales people tell you their business is booming, but ours truly is. Saw a video today about someone talking about how bad the Texas market was. Well, let me tell you, Texas isn't a market. All real estate is local. And San Antonio is hot! Austin is too expensive and sleepy ole San Antonio and suburbs keep delivering the best value in Texas. 

Today is so easy to see if someone is selling a home that is out of the market price. 

The best time to plant a tree is in the past. The next best time is today. Prices do not go down, regardless of what politicians promise, they only go up.
