People/ friends ask me all the time, how is the market? I hear things are slow. Are they? Are they slow? the answer, at least at Whitestone Homes is, things really are not slow. We are solid steady is the answer. We do not have the blip of covid demand the likes i have never seen in my 40+ years building homes. However, business is very steady. San Antonio is strong. Prices have not dropped at all. The only thing that has gone down are lumber prices. Lumber is a commodity and goes up and down. Usually this time of year, lumber prices go up due to demand like gasoline does in the summer due to summer travel. 

I asked Chat GPT what could I expect in terms of investment return on a home in America recently. The answer was around 12%. 12% is a very good return, Prices will not go down, they will only go up and you get to benefit from those increases in the future.
