We are very proud of our build on your lot program. We have a system that allows you a FIRM base price well before you put one nickle at risk. All architectural designs are 'free' when you build and close with WhiteStone Homes. FYI- The location of Build on your lot is placed somewhat random so it shows up on our map page. We show it just down the street from our Highland Estates model, when in fact, any of our sales people in any community can help you with the BOL program. Our base plans include tons of standard features. Ask your sales person for examples! Here is a super, super important point. This point is something you have to ask EVERY builder you are considering. Our base prices include 45' average foundations. Most include 24'-36' average foundations. The foundation is the most expensive part of your entire home. The 10'- 24' difference in what we give you can be up to $50,000.00 in additional costs if you go somewhere else. Since we do not own your lot, our base floorplan prices do not include lot and a few allowance type items. We build on all types of lots, from small inner city lots to estate sized lots on many, many acres and it would be impossible to know what to include for some of those allowance type items. However, our staff has analyzed many past build jobs and can show you the best fit for you and your family.
