WhiteStone Custom Homes’ is committed to backing up every home we sell. After consulting your warranty information, please email or fax your service request to our Warranty Department. After we receive your request, a warranty specialist will contact you to review your request and schedule an appointment.
How to Request Your Warranty

For after-hour emergencies (please see your Homeowner’s Manual), please contact our Customer Service Representative at 210-336-4766.
Please Remember
Please do not request from your sales counselor or construction manager as these requests will not be entered into our system and cannot be monitored appropriately. Always include your name, address and telephone number with your request.
