WhiteStone Custom Homes’ is committed to backing up every home we sell. After consulting your warranty information, please email or fax your service request to our Warranty Department. After we receive your request, a warranty specialist will contact you to review your request and schedule an appointment.
Please do not request service from your sales counselor or construction manager, as these requests will not be entered into our system and cannot be monitored appropriately. Always include your name, address and telephone number with your request.
